Walking with Moms in Need
Helping Pregnant and Parenting Moms
You are never alone or without Love and Support

Who We Are:
Walking With Moms In Need is a St Benedict Parish ministry that provides assistance to any woman who finds herself unexpectedly pregnant or parenting in difficult circumstances.
Our Mission:
We help moms navigate through the resources they need and walk with them throughout the motherhood journey, offering them friendship and ongoing support. Our Christian beliefs compel us to help all women regardless of circumstance and without judgement providing love and support needed for a successful pregnancy and to raise their children.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14
How We Help Moms:
We begin by offering love and support and understanding of her needs. Depending on those needs, we’ll help the mom connect to and obtain the following:
-Resolving regret over a past abortion
-Assistance navigating an unplanned pregnancy
-Medical care during pregnancy and after birth
-Temporary housing during pregnancy and beyond
-Food-Clothing-Diapers
-Adoption services
-Escape from an abusive relationship
“…in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Philippians 2:3-4

You are not alone.
Let us accompany you with dignity, hope, and love, because every mom deserves to be supported.

A Prayer for Pregnant Mothers
O Blessed Mother, you received the good news of the incarnation of Christ,
your Son, with faith and trust. Grant your protection
to all pregnant mothers facing difficulties.
Guide us as we strive to make our parish communities places of welcome
and assistance for mothers in need. Help
us become instruments of God’s love
and compassion.
Mary, Mother of the Church, graciously
help us build a culture of life and a civilization of love,
together with all people of good will, to the praise and glory of God,
the Creator and lover of life.
Amen.
